Rates
- $650/week for up to 6 guests; additional guests are $50/guest – 8 guest maximum.
- $50 non-refundable reservation deposit per week to secure booking; cash or check accepted. Deposit applied to weekly rental.
- Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to reservation date.
- Rental week is normally Saturday noon to Saturday noon.
- Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
How to Book
We require a non-refundable reservation deposit of $50 per week to make a reservation. The balance is due three weeks prior to your scheduled vacation. Please check the calendar page to see rental availability for the week(s) you desire. Click the “Contact Us” button to send an email requesting reservation booking for the desired week. Once availability is confirmed, please send a check for $50 made payable to Glenn Dundore to 11571 Goodall Rd. Durand, MI 48429.
Amenities Included in Rental
Beds: 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, bunk bed and futon.
Kitchen: Full kitchen with range/oven, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, dishes/flatware/glasses, and a refrigerator.
WiFi: A DSL WiFi connection is available for you to connect your WiFi devices to the internet.
Outdoor features: Breathtaking views of the Eggemoggin Reach, Deer Isle and the Camden mountains beyond; unlimited beach usage, gas grill and firepot.
Suitability and Policies
- Provide your own bedding.
- Leave the cottage clean as you depart (vacuum cleaners are in the living room closet and cleaning supplies in the bathroom closet or under the kitchen sink), as another renter will come in immediately upon your departure.
- Place garbage in bags at the end of the driveway Friday by 7:00 A.M. (bags under the kitchen sink).
- Pets are not permitted.
- Smoking is not allowed at Mainely Paradise.
- Set the thermostats to 60 degrees if needed and turn off when not needed.

- Use the fire pit for camp fires (wood is under the front porch).
